Energy Producers, Inc. - Firecreek (OTCBB EFCR): is currently focused on the development of an oil and gas platform for overseas expansion; and it’s recently acquired International Marine vessel sales and brokerage operations located in England and Globally via IT data/web presence. The Company historically operated a field equipment service and supply business in Arkansas, and producing oil wells/leases and interests located in Texas. Upon disposal of these two segments in latter 2003 the EGPI has focused on acquiring significant targets for planned divisional oil and gas operations/ expansion overseas and via its target(s) relationships established in Romania and Libya, and other key foreign countries.
