We are an ecclectic group of traders, some working professionals who trade part-time, some ex-pros who trade full-time, who are continuously trying to improve our qualities of life through successful stock market exploitation (!).
Since April 1, 2000 the BTTT thread has been experimenting with a system called BTTT-MAX which uses, among other things, short-term Moving Average Crossovers (MAX's) on Hourly Charts to generate buy and sell signals. We stay fully invested in each stock all the time, taking long or short positions alternately.
Backtesting all Nasdaq and NYSE issues has led to the discovery of a number viable markets for our system. One can access the backtests at posts #9745 and #9769. See also #9786 and #10362.
