FILES TO SELL 2,700,000 AMERICAN DEPOSITARY SHARES IN U.S. PUBLIC OFFERING Romanel-Sur-Morges, Switzerland - February 19, 1997 - Logitech International S.A. today announced that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission for the sale of up to 2,700,000 American Depositary Shares representing 270,000 Registered Shares of the Company. The Company's Registered Shares are listed on the Swiss Exchange. On February 18, 1997, the last price paid for the Company's Registered Shares on the Swiss Exchange was Chf 248. The Company has applied to list the American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "LOGIY."
