Celerity Systems Readies to Move Into High Volume Production On New
Digital Set Top Box

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 1998--Celerity Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CLRT - news), a leading international
provider of interactive video hardware, software, and services has announced that it has selected Taylor-White's Five Rivers
Electronic Innovations Plant in Greeneville, Tenn., to manufacture prototype quantities of its new advanced T 6000 digital set top
box. The companies have also executed a letter of intent for Five Rivers to do volume production for the U.S. market and possibly
for some international deployments.

Five Rivers is currently manufacturing the prototypes and could begin large scale manufacturing of the T 6000 by September. The
Five Rivers facility is widely recognized as one of the most sophisticated electronic manufacturing plants anywhere in the world.
The 1 million square foot facility includes a prototype shop, state-of-the-art assembly and testing equipment, and volume
warehousing and shipping capabilities.

''With the earlier selection of KID Design & Development to do the design work on the T 6000, and now our arrangements with
Five Rivers to manufacture it, we believe we have the right suppliers to produce the highest quality product efficiently and at a
competitive price,'' said Ken Van Meter, President and CEO of Celerity. ''We are looking forward to the launch of the most
advanced digital set top box in the market within the next few months. Interest in the T 6000 is very high, and the sooner it's ready,
the better.''

George Taylor, President and CEO of Taylor-White and Five Rivers, said the Celerity contract represents the type of work his
facility can do as it diversifies its product line. ''It's exciting to be involved with the introduction of a leading edge interactive video
product like Celerity's new digital set top box. Because we can provide Celerity with a top quality product at a faster, more
competitive rate, it's a win-win situation for both companies.''

''Another big plus for us is that Five Rivers' location is so near our own plant,'' said Dennis Smith, Celerity's Vice President of
Operations. ''We can save valuable cycle time, significantly reduce our costs and maintain our very aggressive schedule with such
a great partner only an hour away. The Five Rivers plant is impressive. They currently produce over 9,000 television sets per day
and a wide range of other complex consumer electronics products. I went to see it, and I was convinced.''

Celerity Systems also produces digital video servers and is an end-to-end digital interactive video systems provider and systems
integrator, with 14 sites around the world. Celerity's strategic partners include FORE Systems, Strategic Group, Speer
Communications, and Minerva.

Taken from yahoo threads.....
If you put this two together, I think we have a winner in our hands.

"Could begin large scale manufacturing by September"
"LARGE SCALE". That piece of news was very encouraging.
And then they just got CISCO's nod?
And how about the insider (buy) trades?
Please, put this all together.
