The companies have also executed a letter of intent for Five Rivers to do volume production for the U.S. market and possibly for some international deployments. Five Rivers is currently manufacturing the prototypes and could begin large scale manufacturing of the T 6000 by September. The Five Rivers facility is widely recognized as one of the most sophisticated electronic manufacturing plants anywhere in the world. The 1 million square foot facility includes a prototype shop, state-of-the-art assembly and testing equipment, and volume warehousing and shipping capabilities. ''It's exciting to be involved with the introduction of a leading edge interactive video product like Celerity's new digital set top box. Because we can provide Celerity with a top quality product at a faster, more competitive rate, it's a win-win situation for both companies.''
