I started the first NETV thread several months ago before it began its 70% run up:

When the thread was begun, this was at $6.31 a share; it ran up over $13 yesterday, and closed at $11 a share.

I say this not to boast, but merely to establish that I may know what I'm talking about (I also started the Linux thread here on SI before anyone heard of Linux).

So take a look at NETV. It is ridiculously underfollowed as it acquires investment after investment in a slew of furure IPO's. Agree? Disagree? All views are welcome!
