Introduction Compact

For some reason, there has been alomost no notice of NETV on SI, or anywhere else. It appears to be transforming itself into an internet incubator, its VP of Business Development is the former VP of Business Development for LYCOS, and it has a relatively small market cap (approx. $42 million, based on $6 price multiplied by 7 million outstanding shares). The recently announced merger with internet investment firm Strategicus Partners apparently will not add to the outstanding shares.

Current Price: $6.31 a share.
