Chalu, Unless you can tell me how it's possible or what the plan is, I'd have to dispute your assertion that the Strategicus deal "apparently will not add to the outstanding shares." How could it not add to the outstanding, since Strategicus shareholders have been guaranteed to acquire approx. 40% of all NETV stock (as stated in 6/22 PR)? Dilution seems mandatory. What's the authorized? Something's gotta give, in other words.... Bud
