I am starting this thread to have a mature rational discussion of AP's conviction and the specifics of the crimes of which he was convicted and not convicted.

I want to avoid getting into unending arguments with kooky people, but I welcome different opinions if they can be argued rationally.

I will be banning anyone who cannot stay more or less on topic, who is not willing to concede a point under any circumstances, who has an obvious axe to grind etc etc.

The goal is to have a comprehensive discussion about the legal aspects of shorting and scambusting - what is legal and what is NOT LEGAL.

Please post information from Tony's trial and specifically related topics, even if this information has been posted elsewhere already.
