Our globe is in an energy crisis. It makes no sense to restrict any form of energy development if we can create a model that provides reasonable assurances.
I am interested in discussion on models for such a consortium and in debate on the issue itself.
Why consortiums? A consortium is a powerful force for the promotion and development advancement of solutions that are not bound to social power structures. Consortiums promote opportunities to benefit from the combined resources of its members willing to support cooperative endeavors that no single entity could accomplish by itself.
