Dilutive P/Placement with 7mil some odd shares PLUS warrants out the Kazoo...priced below market as all these deals are, with stock lockups, and 18months to exercise the warrants.
Announced purpose is to exploratory drill.
Curious timing...but then it is a Canadian listing...what else can one expect if one is familiar with HoweStreet type shennigans of Canadian infamy?
