NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1996--Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC)
(NYSE:CSC) and Management Technologies Inc. (MTi) (Nasdaq:MTCI) jointly announced
Tuesday the formation of a strategic partnership combining CSC's market leadership in systems
integration with MTi's product leadership in financial systems, including international banking and
trading room solutions.
Designed to enable clients of both companies to meet the fundamental challenges of their markets,
the CSC/MTi partnership with provide financial institutions far greater opportunity to gain
