(NYSE:CSC) and Management Technologies Inc. (MTi) (Nasdaq:MTCI) jointly announced
Tuesday the formation of a strategic partnership combining CSC's market leadership in systems
integration with MTi's product leadership in financial systems, including international banking and
trading room solutions.
Designed to enable clients of both companies to meet the fundamental challenges of their markets,
the CSC/MTi partnership with provide financial institutions far greater opportunity to gain
significant competitive advantages such as product and service differentiation, management of
risk, and minimization of costs.
According to Peter Shelton, director of CSC's Banking and Capital Markets Practice: "With its
secure global presence and long standing reputation as a leader and innovator of technology
solutions to the financial marketplace, MTi was the natural choice to partner with CSC. We are
confident that MTi's vision and strategy will complement that of CSC and serve to enhance our
long term plans for growth."

Anyone following this stock. It seems there is something big happening.
