Rio,

Re: Climax

DELL management has plenty of cards to play to make the numbers come out where they want. They have consistently beat the whisper numbers. So I think that earnings anticipation is starting is to rise.

In addition to the processors, other component prices such as disk drives, RAM etc became limp during the quarter and DELL has captured much of the benefit because of its quarter being behind the others. This should yield good margins.

Other operational expenses are deminishing as a percentage of revenues as a result of the efficiencies of the internet order traffic.

A new highly efficient factory is pumping up production. Intel is able to keep DELL supplied with P-II's and Tilamooks. I expect they announcement of the Net Pc for their corporate clients.

The price action foreplay is probably not important now as the actual event.

Nervous investors were scared out their positions recently leaving the only the commited. Additional, new positions will be added to play the quarterly. DELL is entering into the strongest quarter of its year with 19-20% historical sequential growth.

The liklihood is that DELL will cross 100/share in early October
in anticipation of another blowout quarter. Thus, the climax is likely to be prolonged leading to complete shareholder satisfaction. There is no reason to expect that Michael will disappoint with his performance.

I am considering marriage....
