Sounds like Buckeye is the place.

Looks to me like flight testing is going to take place in Buckeye, Arizona. I've got friends in Tucson, and I'll visit them anytime except July and August. Buckeye is only a few hours away. I would expect to see one in the air no later than this fall.

I was impressed by the rise in employees from 8 to 50, and by the number of hours they seem to be working. This is definitely not a scam stock, and they seem ready to overcome any obstacle in their way.
