Groen Brothers are re-inventing the gyroplane. VTOL capability along with simplicity and much reduced operating costs could significantly penetrate the existing helicopter market. Good patent coverage in US, Australia and Europe and partnerships in place in Europe and China.

"On March 3, 1998, the FAA accepted GBA's formal application for type
certification of the Hawk III Gyroplane. Type certification is the process that conforms the gyroplane engineering and flight specifications to stringent FAA requirements. Although the gyroplane is a simple and safe form of rotorcraft, it is the history of the more complicated helicopter that has molded FAA regulations for rotorcraft. Reliance on FAA certified suppliers for specialized aircraft parts will enable GBA to achieve certification in the shortest possible time span. Certification legally enables a U.S. manufacturer to mass produce finished aircraft.

A complete manufacturing plan is in place, and a marketing team has been established to achieve GBA's national and foreign sales objectives. To meet its goals for manufacturing and marketing cost effectively, Groen Brothers is working towards establishing strategic alliances capable of providing worldwide resources for financing, building and selling the Hawk Gyroplane.

Groen Brothers Aviation, Inc. is a fully reporting public company traded over-the-counter on the OTC Bulletin Board under the stock symbol GNBA. "
