I guess I rushed in presenting a model that has serious flaws.

Wining a premium or buying a stock at its low by using naked
put selling is a tricky problem. After spending hours I could not
come up with a systematic rule to win by this method without
jeopardizing more loss.

In the case of <<MSFT and INTC with solid track record>>
with political pressure hanging over their head and BIG BOYS
at the play, adds up the risk factor.

Today INTC trading at 75 with INTC nov70put @ 7/8.
7% drop wipes out the premium and 8% drop puts us
in red!

Thanks again, this was a good learning experience for me.
