Good morning Keith, Congratulations on becoming our official Archivist! (And you didn't even ask to be!)

Jane and I made our flight back to Milwaukee just fine. I enjoyed practicing Sleep Deprivation with you and the added bonus of disturbing Jane's, Evelyn's and Bob's sleep just added to the joy!

What an interesting and diversified crowd! It's true, getting the chance to actually put a face with a name, see how Mr. Lichello has affected so many lives, hear just how each of us has created their own version of a business plan and get to know more about the person attached to a "handle" here on the BB is a unique experience.

I've read about people from other eras who would correspond via land and sea based mail for years without meeting (probably because it took years just to deliver the mail!). Great scientists, leaders and philosophers shared ideas and sometimes NEVER met. Having this "close encounter" with other AIM users from literally around the planet was for me a true joy.

The papers given were broad ranging and each as different from each other as the topics themselves. If we were preaching to the "choir", we were still delivering the message each from our own sect's point of view!

In the "lounge" and at dinner the stories shared, the spouses met and the fun poked made it the real thing for us all. For those of you that couldn't attend, I'm sure everyone will chime in and give their own interpretation of the event. I believe that most everyone submitted a "paper" version of their talk, so we should be able to provide at least summaries of the meeting anyone interested. There was also audio, photo and some video taken. Awards were distributed to those deserved souls!

Our own 'balancing act' required that Jane and I leave yesterday (Wednesday) to return to Wisconsin. I can't wait to hear what the rest of the attendees have to say!

Best regards, Tom
