America INline - the saga continues:

- AOL now admits it is granting "refunds", on a sort of squeaky wheel basis news.com
like the infamous "secret warranties" manufacturers provide when they produce lemons and what to contain the damage.

- BTW, concerning that CNBC interview last week, Francis took the proper tone especially after AOL headCase produced such whoppers as stating they were doing everything possible to make it easy to cancel AOL. Yeah, that's why they terminated online cancellation.

P.S. - Is it true that AOL headCase hailed from Pizza Hut? If true, do you think he wants to do to the Internet what PH has done to pizza?
