Student Debt Crisis:

OK, poke holes in my solution:

SKIP illegal cancellation of student debt. LET TRUE CAPITALISM solve this problem created by crony capitalizm and socialism. Let companies compete with incentives to get you to add an extra $5 to paying down student debt. Perhaps let parents and grandparents participate by designating a kid or grandkid on their Starbucks app to direct the incentive towards.

Refinance ALL student debt with 30Yr US Treasury bonds at cost so the loans are easier to repay at low rates. OFFER INCENTIVES with the Starbucks app to swap the $6 coffee for a $2 coffee & $5 towards their debt. Get others to offer $1 as promos for advertising. That is let companies compete with incentives to match $5 payments towards student debt: For example, add $5 towards paying your student debt early with your cell phone bill and the company will add a dollar (or more if they start to compete... ) They might even suggest lower level service plans to help you get the monthly $5 knowing that you will eventually find a way to pay the full price plus pay off the debt to get the matching incentives.

LET TRUE CAPITALISM solve this problem created by crony capitalism and socialism (such as the high cost to reward political hacks as "teachers" at UC where they do little if any teaching transparentcalifornia.com )

You have to wonder how many "publicly financed schools" are using taxpayer and student fees for political rewards. Or convince me Robert Reich has taught more than a few "seminar classes" to earn his third of a million a year at UC the past few years.
