Timer Digest ended publication in early 2021: I made their cover twice over the roughly 11 years they covered me.  The company II-VI bought Finisar, then Coherent. After buying Coherent, it took the "less scientific" Coherent name, but the management was from II-VI which had just successfully integrated the Finisar acquisition. I used the similar weakness in the stock after announcing the acquisition to load up on more shares (mostly in my ROTH) which have done quite well for me as well as my newsletter subscribers.
