Having only lost 7.4 out of 100%, of the 30% market share in the US, Ford can add 10-20% additional dealerships from present dealer ranks; the turn around can be in 3 months by filling all the new parking lots.

Ford has to produce the same number of cars in black and white colors as Toyota. Metallic colors are also important competition wise.

The reason that Toyota is growing is that they have the same models look alike with GM and Ford car models targeted. And they have black color and white color(14% popularity) cars and trucks out selling GM and Ford colors.

We had experience fixing Storage Technology bankuptcy by a modified new product. And Storage Technology came out of bankruptcy in three month by upgrading all their customers with hard disk drive disk pack and double heads(double density).
