I think the product is great. From all accounts Visual Writer will be a winner and produce revenues when the word spreads, however these things take time. Unfortunately, believing in your product and knowing you have an excellent product does not make you infallable to unfavorable practices made by individuals you thought were offering help to you, for a price of course. Unfortunately, IMO, this is what has happened to Bruce Calkins. He has made a few deals with individuals for promotion of his company/product and before they accomplished what he had hoped for, they cashed in their shares as payment, as did a finacial arrangement by another. Mr. Calkins has tried to make restitution to the shareholders by pledging to buy back 1Million shares, but the damage has already been done. He has to feel as bad if not worse than the shareholders, because now he no longer has the funds to secure future acquisitions.

I still believe in the product that the Calkins have created, and I also realize that this company needs more time than what any of us had initially believed was necessary for things to come to fruition. IMO, this is one to add to your long standing portfolio and allow to mature and develop. Give Mr. Calkins the time he needs to develop this company and not make any more rash business decisions in an attempt to satisfy his investors. He has a company to think of first, at this infant stage.
