Can you tell us more of Mr Bach and his Brooklyn hedge funds? He is a fund manager and investment broker? What is his history on this > Bach is a penny stock shyster, Any client he sold MVEE isn't pleased, that probably includes the poor retail suckers who came in at 30cents - hence his and /or Wescotts inability to come up with more money for GG other than more equity dilutive bridge money. GG had little - to no choice, and from what i gather Bach has known GG for about 10 years, although the relationship is mostly Menachem and Bach, after the GG split i assume. Do you mean that if Bach hadn't done those 504s we would have shares outstanding of only 40 million? > circa - about that. You say Bach controls the float. I thought only 30 million was in the float - and 60 million was with insiders - are you counting the 50 million from NAFT 504s as insider shares > Well if they are 504 shares - thay are by definition "free trading" shares . Finally - approximately how many shares do Golan, Globus and Benz own respectively? > Who knows .......WE MUST HAVE AN SEC REPORT TO KNOW THAT FOR SURE !!!
