MENAHEM GOLAN & YORAM GLOBUS were the production team that took Cannon pictures from $0.20 to $46 a share in about 4 years.

Golan & Globus are the principle production team behind Magic Entertainment, a wholely owned subsidary of the 1st Miracle Group (OTC BB: MVEE). Golan is a graduate of the Old Vick School of Theater Directors and Film Institution of the NYC College. Globus Graduated with a degree in Business. Both are in their 70's. Together they formed the world reowned Golan & Globus production team. They are credited with establishing the Israeli film industry. Their films were exhibited at Cannes, Berlin and Venice film festivals, winning numerous prizes.

MVEE is a Canadian Company and at the present time Reporting in Canada.

SHARES OUTSTANDING: 97 million ---- FLOAT: 80 to 85 million.
