Hey Tom,

I just got the prospectus (sic?) for the Nasdaq 100 Index Fund I was talking about. The mgmt. fee is only 0.22% but there are other fees that total, along with the mgmt. fee, 1.60%. These fees are "distribution and service (broker fees)" and "other expenses". What do you think? Does that sound high to you?
