Seems to me FPF is a good bet...I dont beleive
the Philippines ever had really spun up like Korea
and Indonesia (as far as overcapacity, and in
the case of Korea they have not seen wages
rise)...I am guessing that it's problems are much
less acute than the other Asian countries andthat
they have simply been dragged down along with
the rest

Will hope elections go okay--I believe the occur
toward summer, somebody correct me if I am wrong.
Another thing that would be tough is the chance
of repatriation, the Philiipines can probably not
absorb Filipinos coming home if troubled
neighbors actually follow through on this. Nevertheless,
after being in at 12.5 out at 11, in at 8.5 out at
8...I am finally in to FPF again at 6 (well actually
my wife is in, she is probably patient enought to hold
it as long as it takes to pay off).
