Very good article in Sept 9 Forbes on closed-end funds selling at very good discounts. I just bought into the Chile Fund (CH) and considering the Central European Equity Fund and Templeton Emerging Markets. Thoughts, ideas, comments, disses, insults, all appreciated.....
