OSCM-ONE STOP.COM (OTC Bulletin Board: OSCR) is a communications company specializing in IP telephony and CTI applications. It also runs shopss.com, a virtual shopping mall offering a variety of consumer goods, electronics and books. In addition, the company runs its own customer fulfillment centers.
"We have 30,000 committed customers, these are members with credit cards on file and an incentive to purchase products on a preset minimum per month," said Rami Adler, the company's chief executive officer.
Mr. Adler also noted that business is booming in OSCM's communications division, which provides Internet applications for fax and telephony. "Our Global Internet Fax service will offer e-mail-to-fax, fax-to-email, fax-or e-mail-to-telephone fax services," said Mr. Adler. "Owning a fax machine will be a thing of the past. Large corporations now can deliver faxes directly to their employee and clients privately at their own desks."
OSCM is installing more than 1,000 gateways and 20,000 ports worldwide to support its joint network with CMR Communications, according to Moshe Brown, CEO of CMR Communications.
"Our network, which will act as a telecommunications termination partner, will target millions of new customers and will offer an array of services, including our fax-to-e-mail service, which allows businesses and individuals to fax documents to any e-mail address in the world."
