Joined SHOPSS.com gold membership at a price of $299. I was supposed to receive a PIII 500 Computer FREE just $72 for shipping. That was back in March 2000. I am still waiting meanwhile you cannot access their website www.shopss.com.
Their phone service has been discontinued!!

Shopss.com announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding stock of AccessTel Inc. The specific details of the acquisition were not disclosed. AccessTel's business plan is to provide international Voice over Internet Protocol telephony, augmented with last mile wireless infrastructure for wireless Internet applications, between the United States and certain Asian countries.

Shopss.com announced that its target acquisition, Access Tel Inc., has signed a letter of intent with the Shanghai CAOHEJING High Tech Park in Shanghai, China to install and operate a wireless broadband network for its facility

I repeat there is no point of contact, they did not provide the computer, and they did not provide the Gold membership!! They are using my money as capital in business dealings!!
