I am looking for a takeover of around $ 7. I base it upon assets minus the debt. I guess the question is how much is the asset worth in this market. The main property is good in an area with very good prospects for growth, so I would think there is something there. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of core properties for the major companies in that area (tend to be small to intermediate). I think they may be having troubles interesting somebody with the money (I am thinking off the top of my head that it may interest PetroCan). The market turned bearish on them today, though the volume suggests its speculators that lost there nerve. Supposedly, there were going to have an announcement today. Will have to see tomorrow.
