Wow, talk about hard times in the oil and gas sector. From a high of $ 35 two years ago to a close at $ 1.51 on Feb 22, 99, can this company recover? It has excellent producing properties and good cash flow, but concerns about the debt appear to over whelm the stock price.

The talk of a takeover candidate has not helped the share price increase. Will it rise again?
