DENIS..I THINK FINX IS READY TO BREAK OUT ON THE UP SIDE. IT HAS COME OFF THE BELOW $2/SHARE MARK WITH INCREASING VJOLUME AND IS NOW AT $2/SHARE. THE FBI AND NEW ORDERS HAVE TO BE IN THE WORKS FOR DECEMBER ANOUNCEMENT. ALL YOU NEED IS ONE OF THESE TO BE ANOUNCED AND THE STOCK IS AT THE $3/SHARE LEVEL QUICKLY. I THINK IT IS A GOOD "SAFE" BUY AT THIS LEVEL. IF THEY DO ANOUNCE THIS COULD BE THE LAST TIME THIS LITTLE COMPANY WILL SELL IN THE $2/SHARE RANGE.
