CLL will not sell for less than $10. RG clearly knows the value of his company,we have spoken often on that value. In light of the delay in the Shell kearl project in my view oil sand producers should be trading at much higher valuation if the project is up and running.Any buyer of grass root projects are now under assult from the tree huggers and one can not expect the application process to be as easy as it was in the past. That said CLLs share price in my calculations do not reflect the changed world of not having to wait for first oil,not to mention any new delays another jr might have to go through just to get a green light.Other jrs will not find the kind of money it takes to bring a project to production even if they got the go ahead from the regulators.(SYN) comes to mind. No CLL could hardly be in a better position.Boring, boring, boring, well I can remember a time many years ago investors thought CNQ was boring. As a matter of fact a friend of mine bid 10 cents a share and would not raise his bid to the 11 cent ask.He told me a short while ago that he has lost over $5 million over not buying the ask for 11 cents.I think he may have thought CNQ was boring at the time.If being boring can produce those kind of returns, then its ok to put me in a coma and wake me up in 5 yrs.
