I am assuming that the $3,666,667 in other costs are for credits etc.
related to the outage. My calcs for this come up to 4.321mil
30 cents for regular users 6.2m *.9*.3 = 1.674m
60 cents for power users 6,2m *.1*.6 = .372m
lost billable time to power users 6.2m*01*2.95*26.52/30 = 1.617m
lost billable time to regular users 6.2m*.9*.2*2.95*6/30 = .658m

note last calc assumes 20% of regular users use 6 hours month
all these costs come right off the bottom line.
