NASDAQ Reviewing Bulletin Board Stocks WSJ has article about how Nasdaq is reviewing Bulletin Board Stocks to improve financial reporting/disclosure. Might not be bad if Bandai meets proposed requirements to stay listed. Might be interested in buying if US investors had better access to this information.
