Nice to see another refr board. Looking forward to FR posting more there than maybe he has been. I am always interested in hearing thoughts and he is one of the people who offers thought out insights and opinions.

I will refer to it as the FR board to go along with the main board and Gauzy board.

As far as his post below I think the New class (i will use english not german so I wont be called Hitler like WSB and Trump) makes sense. I also think WSB thinking merc makes sense as well. Joe did say other places for spd so I see this as possibly meaning merc side windows as shown in Gauzy video with the door side window SPD. I also think the HUD in n class has a good chance for SPD as I have said before and that would apply as another area...Joe did mention sensors though and I think it means a lot in him saying that so it could be involved in sensors, why would he mention sensors if there was nothing going on in that area....As far as my guess with N class vs Merc. I am about 50/50 on which I think is more likely. I may lean a little more towards N Class hud but it is very close..I do think something is coming in months or any time in announcements/news on an asian and european car and that is great.

Where is my buddy reindeer guy?? I want to hear his insights on earnings and cc, he is a very wise man.

My biggest takeaway from the CC stems from comments in posts 10 and 14. My emphasis: Post 10, JH answering Michael Kaye's question about RFI's involvemtn with Mercedes: JH: We have an involvement and so does Gauzy with Mercedes. And I think that a lot of the things that are on their wish list are things that we're going to be able to deliver. And when they see all of their other premium cars putting SPD on it, it just makes them realize that they had the 1st dance at the prom with the prettiest girl and maybe they should keep dancing. And in post 14, to John Nelson: JN: Have they decided yet whether it's going to be an option or a standard on certain of those models? JH: In some cases, I think it may be a standard. In some cases, it's going to be entirely new uses of SPD, I believe. So, it's going to be kind of exciting because it has the ability to really open up new thinking about SPD. It's not just for sunroofs any more. "Maybe they should keep dancing" doesn't strike me as a resounding commitment from M-B. So if I had to bet today on whether the S-Class orthe Neue Klass will be the European model for 2025, my money would definitlely be on the Neue Klasse.
