HMSG being considered for the list. I want to call the IR guy first and find out the share data. Looks like, if the SS numbers haven't changed, they are going to brought aboard under the 15c/IR exception( Message 21940173 ). Rrufff is one of the best in the business and discovered this stock months ago, and just spoke in depth with management. I'm going to post a link to his post and my response. IMVHO, a very good read.

My response:

Rrufff -

Thanks for all the hard work. I think they are a case in which we have to use HISC as our precedent. They may not have a "friendly TA" but HISC didn't either at this point on their timeline. Since they do have a IR Guy and have filed a 15c report, they may be a TF after all. I just bought another 100k.

P.S. I keep referring to HISC because they set the bar for all pinksheet stocks. The next HISC is what I am hunting, therefore, I need to know my prey.

Honestly, I thought this stock was a "dirty bird" and I was in the process of moving away from it. I'm glad rrufff pointed out the fact that they had a 15c2-11 report on file at pinksheets. This actually comes as quite a relief because they were one of my favorite stocks before the TF rules came into play....looks like they are going to just make it.
