I am ashamed to have been suckered by a mgmt who really never intended to cleanly emulate SI" my sentiments precisely! as a member of the si guardians, i began to smell a real bad stink early on. the whole process was a hustle, and not even a good one. i disassociated myself from the charade as soon as i knew for sure that they were running a scam. and i said as much in an email response to whoever that director guy is whose every other word is a negotiation tactic. what a waste of time and sad experience that was. mark
