Starting to like this less and less. Just spoke to George. Her says there is selling because of concern about a 12 for 1 reverse split that the British company is requiring MEGW to do in order for the merger. George claims this British company is bringing many substantial companies into MEGW and the stock price will reflect it when news is out which he claims will be this week. I asked him why this "British company would want to bring valuable businesses to MEGW and he responded that "because Megaworld is a good company" and the background of the individuals. Right now, I am holding my nose. He said he had not sent out the business plan yet because they just came back from the printer. They had " a lot of requests" for the business plan. I am holding my nose with both hands now. I'm not selling because there is nothing much left to sell. I am basically considering this a writeoff and will stop following it. If I am wrong, it will be like found money.
