Hello Virginjus Poshkus: Rankin Resources Inc. trades on the V.S.E. under the symbol RAK. The company has approximately 3.6 mil shares outstanding which includes 750,000 escrow. The company has been public for approximately 1 year and 3 months. The company went public on a gold property in the Ymir B.C. mining camp. the diamond drilling only returned short intersection of vein. the grades were good, but not wide enough to mine economically. Management decide to change directions and recently acquired 2 oil concessions in Guatemala. The stock last traded at $.45 Cheers W.W.
