Basic Petroleum BPILF aka Basic Pete Trades on NASDAQ, is a French co. They have oil fields in Guatemala and a pipeline through the jungle to a port. There is political "calm" there w the govt encouraging others to develop oil fields also. Stock is currently at about 39. Lots of activity in it recently.
