J.H. Perhaps your well thought out response and personal experience will aid others in how to recognize the fleecers and create an understanding that there actually are people out there who without any position in a stock have the simple desire to prevent experiences like yours from recurring.

The real lesson is simple. When the only source of information on a stock is "calling the Company" or from a PR News release issued by a tout paid with free stock, the warning lights should go on immediately. For those who are aware that they are playing with fire it is another story. As long as they are willing to pay the price for playing in a fixed arena good luck to them. What sets me off is what one Judge wrote a book about called, "Don't Pee on My Leg and Tell Me it's Raining Outside."

You note that the most vociferous voice launching one personal attack after another against me has disappeared from the scene, just like another type of slimey creature who crawls out from under a rock and then crawls back again.

I for one agree with you that agencies geared with the responsibility for protecting the small investor have been very lax in their attack on the obvious fakes, phonies and frauds that saturate the OTC-BB and now the electronically expanded "Pink Sheets." Never has the warning Caveat Emptor been more appropriate.
