yeah, there is already a press release : forbes.com I think this can be quite interesting - they drove this stock so much down that there should be at least "some room to manouver" for cypress - and this is a strategic positioning for cypress. And even if simtek is not "bought" - this is one of the best proofs how much interest now rose up for simtek and the tech they are driving into the market. On the other side it shows how good the position of simtek is - with respect to cypress as their fab ... I like this news - let's see how much it'll drive us up to more reasonable levels ;) (if they go up to equal levely as ramtrons marketcap ($117 mio) I would be quite happy ;))
