There continue to be some very interesting developments running into the cc biz.yahoo.com I keep thinking that Cypress wanted Simtek all along and the initial deal with most of the cash being just for chip development when they knew Simtek had to be in a big cash crunch was to make sure that Cypress could come in as the white knight and save the company. I am thinking that Cypress has to feel that Simtek is going to get to be too expensive in the near future and is going to try to buy things out now while semi stocks are battered down. Neal
