INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1999--BrowseSafe.com (OTC BB:PGPG) an Internet Web content review company that is the developer and provider of PlanetGood, a software utility that offers safety, freedom and choice while browsing on-line, today announced a strategic alliance with Moser Marketing, Inc. (MMI). MMI is an influential marketing organization that works with nation-wide cable television networks to develop affinity programs and to sell value added products. MMI has made a three year commitment to air nearly $1 Million dollars each month worth of affiliate advertising promoting PlanetGood and BrowseSafe's Private Label National dial-up service (see press release of 12-2-99). This strategic alliance will focus on the Private Label agreement and will offer a safe, easy and fun way of browsing the Internet to the over 25 Million households nation-wide that subscribe to selected cable television networks. Potentially, this single marketing avenue represents 3.3 Billion dollars in annual sales for future BrowseSafe.com revenues. Through this alliance BrowseSafe.com and PlanetGood will be promoted by a series of commercials on various national television networks. These commercials will offer a Privately Labeled Internet Service Provider (ISP) and PlanetGood's safety service. The Affiliate cable network subscribers will be offered BrowseSafe's nation-wide premium ISP service, which reaches over 90% of the U.S. population. "BrowseSafe introduced our new Private Label nation-wide ISP dial-up service last week to enhance the offering of PlanetGood and to support partners like MMI and its affiliates.
