BrowseSafe.com changed ticker symbol and company name effective Friday August 6, 1999. Old symbol was MCTV.

Browsesafe.com mission is to provide the use of the PlanetGood© browser for parents. This is to control the internet content viewed by children. At this time, BrowseSafe.com is aggressively marketing their products. Over the coming weeks and months, a whole host of new partnerships will be announced. It is my belief that, as word spreads about the PlanetGood browser, we will see a reflection in the stock price. With deals with U.S. Cable and Wireless (NYSE-CWP) and Intelliquis (OTCBB-INTQ) the stock seems to be able to only go up from this point. Additionally, the company has contracted for the services of Katz, Sapper & Miller, LLP of Indianapolis, IN to do the financials for the company.

During the course of the last few weeks, the stock has been beaten down by the market and an individual who owned a large block of stock. It is my understanding that this person is done selling. The stock has settled in the low ones (1.06 at time of this writing) and it seems that BrowseSafe.com is not only and excellent value play but speculative play as well.

Finally, the company has many other deals in the works that they cannot (it's illegal/insider info) give me details on? Once I have some details, I will update this DD.

BrowseSafe Mission Statement

To enable every family, school, library and business the freedom and choice to experience the World Wide Web in absolute safety by providing an efficient and easy way to access this valuable highway of information without worry or fear.

BrowseSafe© ensures viewer safety by reviewing web sites using the PlanetGood© browser. Web sites are reviewed and rated continuously by a board of highly trained parents and educators that represent the interests of families and children worldwide. BrowseSafe© does not determine if a site is good or bad; its review team assigns characteristics to the site based on the site's content. This allows parents the ability to select different levels of content for kids, teens and adults.

BrowseSafe's© PlanetGood© is sold on-line, through retail outlets, direct to schools and libraries and as an additional service available through Internet Service Providers (ISP's), to learn more, visit their website at browsesafe.com.

From the company web site:

Today you must be concerned about what and who your children have access to on-line. While the Internet is a wonderful resource for information, education and entertainment, it is also a direct pipeline into your home for pornographic and other material most parents find objectionable or dangerous for their children. PlanetGood is the only way for families to enjoy all of the best the Internet has to offer - without worrying about the intrusion of unwanted material or unsupervised "chat" rooms. Get PlanetGood, enjoy the Internet in safety.

Introducing PlanetGood, The Only True Family-Safe Browsing Software That Protects Your Entire Family Against Objectionable And Dangerous Material On The World WideWeb.

Safety For: Home, Schools, and Business Networks
All other so-called "safe" products attempt to censor content by "filtering or "blocking" sites containing certain words. It doesn't always work! No "filter" can prevent all objectionable material from getting through. Worse, this indiscriminate censoring method often blocks access to many valuable sites.

PlanetGood is safe! Unlike the other so-called safe products, BrowseSafe carefully reviews Web sites for content. Then each Web site is classified into a combination of more than 30 categories, including alcohol, gambling, profanity, violence, and more. These categories are pre-set to levels that reflect traditional American family values - making it easy for you to use PlanetGood right out of the box. Plus, we've made PlanetGood completely customizable - at any time, you have the freedom to adjust access to any of the categories according to their own values.

What's more, PlanetGood is safe browsing for the entire family. It's actually three distinct ways to browse the Web: PlanetWow!, for curious kids; PlanetCool, for adventurous teens; and PlanetHome, for parents.

There is an online tour of the PlanetGood browser available on the company web page.
