MTCI signs profound and far-reaching agreement ... ...and another brilliantly worded news release springs forth from the womb of ignorance that is probably a disgruntled shareholder. On the serious side, is there any possibility that MTCI will be fulfilling their part of these numerous agreements they have signed with various banks and governments during the past several months? On the face of it, there would be cause to suspect that an income touching on millions per month is in the works! Will any of that trickle down to the shareholders? We think not.
