Thanks Paul,

It wasn't until I began to learn about myself and who I was that my account began to stabilize and begin a stable uptrend, no more roller coaster. Interestingly, I am always changing just as the market is so it's a neverending challenge to look within myself, as well as trade what I see in the market relative to who I am on any given day

i.e. am I on win streak, losing day, ego inflated, deflated, etc. I know we are supposed to trade emotionless and from day to day, I'm fairly emotionless, but I'm still human and it's still relatively difficult to supress some emotions (especially if I'm not conciously aware I'm having one at the time of the trade). It is a strong reason I evaluate myself each morning and go into the "battle" if you will with a clear mind.
