The Japanese tour leader looked after money changing for the group. At the end of the holiday the group found that they had overestimated their requirements, and had a lot of dollars left over. The tour leader went to the bank to change the dollars back to yen, but he was disappointed to learn that the exchange rate was very disadvantageous compared with the rates he'd been given previously. Thinking that maybe he was being ripped off, he demaned an explanation. The bank clerk was busy, and not in a mood to go into a detailed explanation, so he just said "Fluctuations". "And fuck you round-eyes too" was the heated retort.
